Football Agility Drill: Agility Cones


  

 

This is a great drill for runningbacks, receivers, as well as defensive backs.

Position 5 cones as pictured in the video. Have players run outside the first 2 cones, then back pedal diagonally towards the cone in the opposite corner. Once passing that cone sprint straight ahead toward the next cone and repeat the process to the other side.
