This move is executed by dribbling the soccer ball towards the opponent. As the opponent commits, you roll the ball with one foot, then step over the ball with the same foot, push the ball out with the opposite foot and then cut back towards the goal.
Use cones to simulate opposing players and have your team practice this move while dribbling towards the cones.
This drill takes a lot of practice but is one of the most effective moves a soccer player can acquire.
