This is a great, easy drill that kids can practice virtually anywhere, anytime.
Feet should be slightly wider than shoulder width to start. Starting with one foot (right), tap the soccer ball to your left foot and quickly tap it back to the foot that started. Then, with the foot that started, use the bottom of your foot to roll the ball back to your left foot.
Repeat the process over and over, tapping and rolling the ball back and forth between feet.
